Derek has been developing eLearning for 2.5 years.  After receiving an initial 5 days of Show and Share First Place - Derek Redmond_2training, he has for the most part, been self-taught. Previously at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences, Derek currently works at Baycrest Health Sciences as an eLearning Instructional Designer & Developer.

About the Winner:
Jennifer Reguindin BScN, MScN, RN, GNC(c) is an Interprofessional Educator for the Baycrest Centre for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care and is certified in healthcare simulation and gerontological nursing. She has been creating innovative education modules for the long-term care sector staff and students to help increase skills in communication, critical thinking, prioritization, and situational awareness.

About the Winner:
Sarah Dewar has been educating Healthcare workers for 15 years.  Since 2006, her focus has been on eLearning.  Sarah designs, develops and implements eLearning for TEGH and 9 community partners, as well as administering the LMS for the same group.  At latest count, there were almost 6000 learners using the shared LMS.  Lately, Sarah has been focusing more on video and game development.  She has a strong interest in animation, and sees that as her next challenge.
